TERMS OF USE (LICENSE AGREEMENT)

Below are the terms for use of our products. Our products are primarily made for use in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. For all other uses, please contact us for permission and pricing.

1. Exhibit Licensing
All Exhibits available on the AnatomyExhibits.com website are copyrighted by Amicus Visual Solutions, and protected by the United States Copyright Act as set forth in 17 U.S.C. section 106. The exhibits may not be used without purchasing a license, and using the exhibits, whether in whole or in part, without a license constitutes infringement. Each Exhibit license applies to one specific case or project, and the exhibit may not be reused for other cases or projects without paying for an additional license.

2. Warranty
The exhibits available on AnatomyExhibits.com are provided “as is” without warranty that their contents are accurate and error free. The exhibits are checked for accuracy and errors at the time that they were created (see copyright date), and may contain outdated information or information that was provided to the illustrator in error by the content experts.

3. Ownership
All exhibits available on AnatomyExhibits.com are property of Amicus Visual Solutions, and remain property of Amicus Visual Solutions. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the illustrations to the purchaser. The copyright notice, including the Amicus Visual Solutions name, MUST remain on the Exhibit in the lower right corner.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of downloading artwork, once the download has occurred then the transaction is considered finished and complete and the terms of the license have been delivered, regardless of if the exhibit is eventually used or not. Once the exhibit has been downloaded, it is not possible to return it, and therefore no refunds will be issued. Upon discretion, a refund may be issued for a failed download, a duplicate download, or an error in the image that was downloaded. Refunds may be requested by email at the email address provided in the contact page.

5. License Agreement
By purchasing a license to the exhibit(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
